Let’s Get Started

First Time Setup Onn TWS In Ear

Step 1: Drop earphones back into charging case for initial activation and close the charging case to fully charge.

Step 2: Open the charging case, earphones will be powered on and go into pairing mode automatically, connect to your device by selecting “onn. TWS In-Ear”.

Onn TWS In Ear Pairing Power on / Power Off

Take them out to Power On automatically & connect to last paired device

Drop them back and close the charging case, Power Off automatically & disconnect to paired device

Tap & Hold 4 Secs Each Side for Power On/Off (If you are carrying the earphones without charging case)

Ready setup

Step 1:
Put earphones into the charging case and close the lid for initial activation.

Step 2
Open charging case lid to auto power-on and auto TWS pair.

Step 3:
Connect to your device through Bluetooth wireless technology, search for the entry “ Onn TWS Noodle ”

Open the charging case lid, earbuds will auto-power on and connect to the last paired device

Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, earbuds will charge and disconnect the paired device, after fully charged, earbuds will power off

Press&Hold for 5 seconds, earbuds will be manually Power on/Power off (If you are carrying earbuds without a charging case)

Pairing mode

If you want to pair with another device, please turn off Bluetooth from your last paired device if it is nearby, then open the charging case lid for pairing, it takes about 12 seconds to enter AG pairing.

Troubleshooting

I cannot turn the headphone on

  • Make sure that you fully charge the headphone before turning it on.

My mobile phone is not able to find the Bluetooth headphone

  • Check that the headphone is in pairing mode (Blue/Red indicator light flashes quickly).
  • Delete the existing Bluetooth headphone name in phone, and search again.
  • If still no search result, please restart the headphone and phone, and try again.

After successfully pairing my mobile phone and Bluetooth headphone, It got disconnected

  • Check if the battery level is too low.
  • Check whether the headphone is within 10 meters (30 feet) of your phone.
  • The connection may be affected by obstructions such as walls or other electronic devices. Try moving closer to the device you are connected to.

When I am answering a call, I cannot hear anything

  • Check whether the phone is connected with Bluetooth headphone, instead of speaker or phone
  • when answering a call.
  • Try adjusting the volume on your mobile phone.
  • Press the Vol+ or Vol- Buttons to adjust the volume.

When I am listening to the music, I cannot hear anything

  • Press the Vol+ Button to adjust the volume.
  • Reconnect the headphone with your mobile phone.
  • Check if the media is playing on the phone.

I cannot charge the headphone

  • Check whether the charging pin and the other end are connected well.
  • Check whether the charging cable is functional.

  2. On Device as phone, open “Bluetooth” and search for “ONN TWS Earphones” Tap to Connect
  3. If connect success, the White Earbuds Pairing complete!

ONN TWS Earphones will automatically reconnect to your last paired device

If you want pair with another device, please disconnecting Bluetooth on your last paired device if it is nearby. Take out both earphones from the charging case and power them off. When the earphones are turned off, press and hold R side earphone 5sec to reactive it connecting to another device, then power on the L side as well.
